MILDRED L. (HARRIS) HENDERSON CROWN POINT, IN Mildred L. (Harris) Henderson (nee Smith), age 82, of Crown Point, IN, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2008 at her home. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Karl; two sons: Joe (Janet) Harris and Randall Harris; five stepchildren; son-in-law, Jerry Schwaller; five grandchildren: Sandy Whiteley, Jack Harris, Staci Brown, Sean Schwaller and Scott Schwaller; five great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Judge; many nieces and nephews. Mildred was preceded in death by her first husband, Jack Harris; daughter, Candace Schwaller; two sisters and six brothers. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 8, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre (NOTE: NEW LOCATION) at 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN with John P. Starr officiating. Interment at Maplewood Memorial Cemetery in Crown Point, IN. Friends may call at Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre on Thursday from 2:00-5:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. American Legion service at 4:30 p.m. Mrs. Henderson was a former employee of McGanghlin Golf Ball Factory, Horst Hardware and Burrell Color Lab. She was a member of the American Legion Fred Schmidt Post #20 Auxiliary, the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #260 of Crown Point and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Crown Point Aerie No. 2659.
