Mildred Anne Barker 1922-2014 After several years of failing health, Mildred Anne Barker passed away at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital with her family by her side on January 14, 2014. Mildred was born in Beaconsfield, NB on February 20, 1922. She was the daughter of the late Ralph and Elzena (Kennedy) Flanagan. Mildred leaves behind her daughter Judith Clark of Perth-Andover; her grandchildren Stephanie Clark of Perth-Andover, Kevin Clark of Victoria, BC; two beautiful great granddaughters Abigail Clark-Loose and Sadie Clark-Loose whom she dearly loved. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband Archibald Barker; her sisters Helen Baird and June Wright; and her son-in-law Arnold Clark. Mildred moved to Perth-Andover from Beaconsfield when she married Archie. She was a stay at home mum as that is what Archie wanted. She was also a member of the Perth-Andover United Baptist Church. Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with visitation on Thursday 6-8 pm. Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17, 2014 at 1 pm from the funeral home. Rev. Michael Fredericks officiating, assisted by Rev. Harold Sparks. Interment will be in the Perth-Andover Baptist Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
