WALKER, Milda Edna July 27, 1917 - December 27, 2010 Milda Walker of Kamloops, BC passed away peacefully in her sleep at the Pine Grove Care Center on December 27, 2010. Milda had married Bill walker in 1935. Together, they had 7 children, 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. They lived together in mining towns; Wells, BC and Bralorne, BC where she finally retired in Victoria, BC. Bill had passed away in 1994; it was then she decided to move to Surrey, BC where she became quite busy and involved with the Co-Op and her grandchildren. It was in 2004 when her health started to fail and she made the move to Kamloops. She spent her final days at Pine Grove, where she received excellent care. Thank you to all the staff. Milda was predeceased by her husband Bill in 1994, her son Charlie in 1980 and her daughter Vivian in 2005. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her children: Bill, Ron (Shirley), Sylvia (Lance), Gerry and Laurie. There will be no formal service held.
