Bruce Johnson 1942-2008 Michael Robert "Bruce" Johnson of Riverview, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, July 19, 2008, at the age of 66. He was the son of the late Michael and Laura (Smith) Johnson. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Holly; daughter, Lynn (Tim); sons, Gordon (Tina) and Scott (Lisa); loving grandchildren, Robert, Danielle, Eric, Mikael and Emma; brothers, Fred, Charlie and Burns; sisters, Alice, Sylvia, Doris, Joyce and Ruth; many cousins, nieces and nephews. Bruce will be greatly missed by his family and friends for his wonderful sense of humour and love of life. At his request, no visitation or service will be held. There will be a "Toast to Bruce" at Saxby's Pub in Riverview, NB from 2pm to 5pm on Friday, July 25, 2008. Bruce's family would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to the staff at the Bathurst Hospital, Dialysis Unit, as well as the staff at the Oncology Department of the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital in Moncton. Bruce spoke so highly of you all. In addition we would like to thank all the friends who have helped us through the challenges of these past few years.
