He departed this life on February 14, 2004 at St. Joesph/Candler Hospital, Savannah, GA, after a short illness. He attended Glennville High School, Glennville, GA. He was loved and admired by many in the community. He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife, Rosemary Williams, his mother, Rebecca Ann Williams and stepfather, Johnny Jones; sister, Cherry Russell all of Glennville; brother, Petty officer James Juan (Kimberly) Williams, Jacksonville, FL; his grandparents, Daniel and Mellie Ruth Brown and Maybell Davis all of Glennville; great-grandmother, Avis Braggs, Glennville; nephews, TaRandell Williams, ShaKeem Tootle, Aaron Williams, Glennville and Michael Alexander Williams, Jacksonville, FL; niece, Olivia Desiree Marden, Jacksonville, FL; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 22, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. at Zion temple Holiness Church conducted by Pastor Bobbie Adkins.
