Michael Keith Davis, 55, of Vina, Ala., died May 21, 2011, at the NMMC. He was a self-employed contractor for 34 years and attended Grace Community Church.Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 24, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, Ala., with Brother Tony Daracott officiating. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery, Golden, Miss. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, Ala., will be in charge of arrangements.Survivors are one son, Dustin Davis, of Belmont; one grandson, Ethan Davis, of Belmont; two sisters, Brenda Hensley, of Golden, and Gail Strickland (Athel), of Tremont; two brothers, Dale Davis (Tammy), of West Point, and Jeff Davis (Lyndi), of Belmont; two stepsons, Keith Henley, of Tupelo, and Jeff Henley, of Belmont.He was preceded in death by one son, Mitchell Bryant Davis; his parents, Doyle and Justine Scott Davis; and two nephews.Pallbearers will be Butch Collins, Justin Scott, Lynn Scott, Robert Scott, Thomas Garrett and Chris Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be Terry Scott, Ben Davis and Daniel Patterson.Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Monday, May 23, at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, Ala., and until service time Tuesday.
