In LOVING MEMORY of BUJAN - JEFFERSON MICHAEL JOSEPH Born February 7, 1923 in St. Johns Village, Trinidad, West Indies who died on November 30, 2005. Beloved husband of Sara, devoted father of Claire (Kevin) and Mark (Bianca), treasured grandfather of Taylor and Jacob. Predeceased by his parents Sakina and Bujan, baby sister and brothers, Sugrim, Samuel, Daniel, Jellico, Solomon, Paul and Maurice. Michael will be deeply missed by family and friends in Trinidad, England, Norway, Australia, USA and Canada. Michael was a dedicated teacher for 35 years, a founding member of the Sunshine Coast Handicapped Children's Assoc., a trusted, faithful caregiver to his elderly friends and was known for his strong faith and close ties to St. Bartholomew's Church (43 years). Gibsons Landing was Michael's home for the past 43 years, he loved his daily walks, gardening, travels abroad and caring for his family. Michael suffered a devastating pedestrian accident opposite his beloved church. He faced many serious complications but placed his complete faith in the Lord, facing his daily challenges with courage, patience and dignity. He deeply appreciated the loving and loyal support of his friends and family. A gentle, compassionate, prayerful man of integrity. He will live in our hearts forever. A Memorial Service in happy memory will be held at the Church of St. Aidan and St. Bartholomew, Gibsons, BC on December 8, 2005 at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Homecare Services, Box 2420, Sechelt, BC, V0N 3A0 would be greatly appreciated.
