UntitledMICHAEL DAVID SHARP1946-2007Michael David Sharp, 60, of Pace, FL passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2007.Mr. Sharp was born in Pensacola, FL on November 10, 1946. He graduated from Pensacola High School in 1964, and attended Pensacola Junior College. In 1966, he married the love of his life Lyra Elizabeth Richbourg, and together they raised three wonderful children. Mr. Sharp retired from NADEP in 1995 after 30 years of service in manufacturing. He moved to Pace, FL in 2005. He will be remembered for his life-long love of coaching baseball and football. He was also an avid fisherman and loved the outdoors.Survivors include his loving wife Lyra R. Sharp, of Pace, FL; son Michael D. Sharp, II and his wife Lynn, of Pace, FL; daughter Michelle Page and husband Todd, of Pensacola, FL; daughter Christy Nobles and husband Forrest, of Pace, FL; grandchildren Tyler and Megan Sharp, of Pace, FL, Laurel Nobles, of Pace, FL, Kasey and Max Page, of Pensacola, FL; mother Lorraine B. Sharp, of Houston, TX; and sister Patricia S. Smith and husband Tom of Houston, TX.Visitation will be held 2-4pm Sunday, July 1, 2007 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 4400 Bayou Blvd., Pensacola, FL 32503 or to the American Diabetes Association, www.diabetes.org.HARPER-MORRIS MEMORIAL CHAPEL is in charge of arrangements.
