He is survived by brother, Fred Carter of Woodville and sister, Judy Sarvis of Crawfordville; six nephews and one niece and several great nieces and nephews.He is predeceased by his parents, Harold and Jacquelyn Carter; brother: Loren Carter; and sisters: Marguerite Bley and Harriet Carter.
