ObituaryMichael David Anderson, age 53, passed away August 21 on Sanibel Island.Michael is survived by his wife Roslyn Anderson; his children Andrea (Randal) Gerber, Eric Anderson, and Paige Anderson; grandson Lucien Gerber; parents Dave and Lee Anderson; siblings Debby (Ozzie) Seffern, Pat Claus, Mark Anderson, Jeff Anderson and Tommy Anderson; and six nieces and nephews.Services will be at Kaul Funeral Home in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, on August 30. He will be interred in the waters off Blue Point, Canada, where he enjoyed many happy summers in his parent's cottage.Michael earned a master's degree in Informational Technology and worked 21 years in Lee County schools. He always was proud of his own children's educational accomplishments. His oldest daughter Andrea has received a master's degree but his younger children Eric and Paige, ages 17 and 15, still have their educational achievements ahead of them. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a scholarship fund for Eric and Paige at Bank of the Islands, 1699 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel Island, FL 33957.
