DAVIS Michael Anthony Davis, 13, of Jacksonville passed away December 26. He was a native and resident of Jacksonville. He was a former member of Regency Church of God. He attended Sadie T. Tillis Elementary School where he was in the 5th grade. He is survived by his mother, Tammy Hiland; father, Kenny Stratten; 3 brothers, Eric Vaughn Scheffey, Brandon Lee Hiland, and Drews Alexander Hiland, all of Jacksonville; grandparents, Fred Winfield, Jr. and Merlene Elaine Winecoff of St. George; and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives. The family will receive friends Tuesday December 30 from 9-11AM at the St. George Church of God where his grandparents attend. Funeral services will be held Tuesday December 30 at 11:00AM at the St. George Church of God with Rev. Grady Albritton officiating. Burial will be in Edgewood Cemetery in Jacksonville.
