Michael J. Anderson, 47, of 5 Arlene Drive, died Sunday, Dec. 19, 2004. Born in Greenville, he was a son of Mildred Trotter Anderson of Greenville, and the late James Welch Anderson. Mr. Anderson was a self-employed electrician and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving, in addition to his mother, are a sister, Esther Dilworth of Greenville; a brother, James H. Anderson of Powdersville; two nieces, Missy Oglesby of Pickens, and Erica Anderson of Greenville; and a nephew, Mike Smith of Albany, N.Y. He is predeceased by a brother, H.E. "Buddy" Anderson. Graveside services will be held today at 1:30 p.m. at Oolenoy Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorials to the charity of one's choice.
