"Bunch"<br> -->Mattie Pearl Elizabeth Waddell "Bunch" SPARTANBURG, SC-- Mrs. Mattie Pearl Elizabeth Waddell, 81, was the second eldest of nine children born to the late Wardell Durrah and the late Minnie Lee Knuckles Durrah on February 23, 1927 and she peacefully entered into eternal rest to be with the Lord Monday, October 13, 2008 at the Magnolia Manor Nursing Home of Spartanburg, SC. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 18, 2008 at the New Bedford Baptist Church. The Reverend Willie T. Thurman will officiate. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Memorial Gardens. The family is at the home of the son, Mr. Edward Leon Waddell of 179 Boxwood Lane, Spartanburg, SC. J. W. Woodward Funeral Home
