EDGEFIELD, S.C.- Funeral services for Mrs. Mattie Mae Jones, 74, of Gilgal Road, will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, February 21, 2004 at Springfield Baptist Church with the Rev. Nathaniel Langford officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include her husband of the home, Solomon Jones; four daughters, Minnie Martin, Ruby McCurry, Nancy Jones and Loretta Taylor; two sons, Willie Jones and Solomon Leon Jones; three sisters, Josie Gilchrist, Beatrice Martin and Jennie Williams; 17 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
