WRIGHT, Mary Ethel, 91, of Tampa passed away Sunday, Feb. 23, 2003. Preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Willard Wright; sons, Harry Wright, Willard Wright, and Joe Wright; and parents, Frank and AliceAsh Leopard. She is survived by her sons and their wives, John and June Wright of Duncanville, Texas, Dallas and Margaret Wright of Titusville, Fla., Ben W. and Martha Wright of Plant City, Fla.; daughter and her husband, Mary and Emilio Garcia, Jr. of Lutz, Fla.; daughters-in-law, Dawn Wright and Linda Wright, both of Seffner, Fla.; three sisters, Lucy Roose of Washington, Jeannette Overby and husband Willisof Chapel Hill, N.C. and Nancy Finger of Maggie Valley, N.C.; 15 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren. The family would like express their appreciation for the loving care by Julie and Cal Windfield. Anative of Cashiers, S.C., she has resided in the Tampa area since 1956 coming from Pisgah Forest, N.C. She was a homemaker and a member of Landmark Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2003 at Landmark Baptist Church. Interment to follow at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Ray, Randall, Alan, Mark, Ben, Shawn, Jeremy and Dr. Robert Wright. The family will receive friends this evening (Tuesday) from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make contributions to the Landmark Baptist Land Acquisition Fund in Mary's memory. STOWERS-BRANDON
