Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 11:00am from Holt Street Memorial Baptist Church, Montgomery, Alabama, with Pastor Dr. W.D. McClung officiating. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery with E.G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. directing.Proceeding her in death is Joseph, Sylvester, Jimmie Lee (Beatrice, N.C.) and Willie James. She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Taika Romona Howard of Pine Lake, Georgia and one granddaughter, Maiika Elizabeth Henley of Montgomery, Alabama; along with two brothers, George Curtis Jr. (Helen) and Johnny E. Williams (J.J); four sisters, Lula Joe Williams (Decatur, Georgia), Barbara Jean Parker, Gladis Williams and Martha Thorn all of Montgomery, Alabama; and a host of nieces, nephews and devoted friends.
