Mary Frances Mahaffey Washburn, 68, wife of Roger A. Washburn, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2004, at her home. Born in Fountain Inn, she was the daughter of the late Bailey W. and Lucy Johnson Mahaffey. Mrs. Washburn was a homemaker and was a member of Fairview Street Baptist Church.Mrs. Washburn is survived by her husband, Roger of the home; two daughters, Brenda Faye McDaniel and Mary Ann Leis; two sons, Larry A. Washburn and Steve B. Washburn, all of Fountain Inn; a sister, Mildred Leopard of Simpsonville; a brother, Robert Mahaffey of Greenville; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.Graveside services will be held today, Nov. 18, 2004, at 10 a.m. at Cannon Memorial Park in Fountain Inn with the Rev.
