FLANAGAN Mary Therese Flanagan, age 48, of Milford, died at home on Wednesday, July 23, 2003, after a long illness. Ms. Flanagan was born on September 10, 1954, in New Haven, the daughter of Maureen Donnelly Flanagan. She attended Milford schools and was a U.S. Navy veteran stationed at Pensacola, Fla., where she resided for many years. In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sisters, Nancy F. Betlinski (Stephen) of Naugatuck, and Eileen Robertson of Florence, Texas; and two brothers, Christopher (Kathleen) and Andrew Flanagan (Toula), both of Milford. Additional survivors include 10 nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Andrew J. Flanagan Jr.; brother, James Edward; her grandparents, Andrew J. and Mildred Burke Flanagan, and John P. and Margaret Quinn Donnelly. A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Monday, July 28, 2003, at 9 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, Gulf Street. Burial will be private. Donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice. The George J. Smith and Sons Funeral Home are in charge of arrangements.
