BUTLER — Services were held for Mary C. Sweeney Rowe, a resident of this borough, who died on Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Born in Paterson, Mrs. Rowe lived in Butler for most of her married life. She was an active member of St. Anthony's Church, Butler, where she was a member of the Rosary Altar Society. She also was a member of the Butler Senior Citizens XYZ Club. Services were Monday at St. Anthony's Church, followed by burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler. Arrangements were by the Morrison Funeral Home, Butler. Mrs. Rowe is survived by her sons, Brian of Butler, Edward of Succasunna, and Paul of Butler; her daughters, Cathy Costantino and Mary Ann Loreng, both of Succasunna; her brother, Jerry Sweeney, of Mt. Holly; her sisters, Theresa Turner of Toms River, Cathy Capasso of Lakeville, Minn., and Loretta Netzhimer of South Daytona, Fla.; and 11 grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank.
