Mrs. Mary Lou Pierce, 67, of 42 Vaughn Rd. passed away Sunday, January 21, 2007, at St. Frances Hospital.Born in Ware Shoals, SC, she was the daughter of the late Claude Blake Turner and the late Tressie Julian Turner. Mrs. Pierce loved Bluegrass Music, family, friends, and taking care of the elderly. She was a life long member of Fairview St. Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fain Clarence Pierce.Survivors: daughter, Tammy Estes and her husband, Jeremy of Roebuck, SC; son, Barry Keith Pierce of Greenville, SC; special friend, Jim Daniels; two brothers, Bobby Ray Turner of Fountain Inn, SC and Douglas Eugene Turner of Simpsonville, SC; two sisters, Claudette Brown of Hampstead, N.C. and Joyce E. Ferguson of Fountain Inn, SC; five grandchildren, Shanae Pierce of Liberty, SC, Kayla Pierce of Liberty, SC, Barry J. Pierce of Liberty, SC, Bradley Estes of Roebuck, SC, and Brianna Lee Estes of Roebuck, SC; two great-grandchildren, Noah Pierce & Jonah Pierce of Liberty, SCFuneral services will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday January 24, 2007, at the Chapel of Cannon Funeral Home, Fountain Inn, with the Rev. Tim Pigg officiating. Burial will be in Cannon Memorial Park.The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, January 23, 2007, at Cannon Funeral Home, Fountain Inn, and other times at the home: 42 Vaughn Rd.
