Mary P. Brown, 88, Sarasota, died Feb. 17, 2005. She was born May 2, 1916, in Burlington, Vt., and came to Sarasota from there 50 years ago. She was a Realtor and a bookkeeper. She was a Catholic and a member of Church of the Incarnation. Survivors include a daughter, Shirley Rowan of Sarasota; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. No services are planned.
