MOORE, Mary Macomb, 76, of Baton Rouge, La. went to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, January 1, 2003. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Marion, her granddaughter, Lori Nicks and her niece, Joanne Ippolito. She is survived by a son and three daughters: Richard and wife, Lynn Moore, Macon, Ga.; Scarlett and husband, Eugene Lenihan, Dover, Fla.; Patricia and husband, Danny Layton, Kenduskeag, Maine; Mimi and husband, Gordon Fletcher, Rayne, La.; siblings: brother and sister-in-law, Richard Thomas and Irene Macomb; sisters and brothers-in-law, Nancy and Angelo Ippolito; Barbara and Robert Conk. She isalso survived by nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, her loving St. Francis Church family, and countless caring friends. Mary was a wife, a mother, and a faithful servant of our Lord. She loved her Lord, her family, her Church, her friends, her country, Louisiana, bridge, gardening and cooking. Her whole life was centered around her church and her family and friends. Shewas president of the Altar Guild and a member of the Daughters of the King at St. Francis Episcopal Church. A service to celebrate her life will be held at St. Francis, Denham Springs, La. on Saturday, January 11, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. Flowers at the Altar will be furnished by her family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Memorial Fund at St. Francis Episcopal Church, 726 Maple Street, Denham Springs, LA 70726.
