CHESNEE, SC-- Mary Frances Wilson Martin, 78, of 208 North Virginia Avenue, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 21, 2007 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.Born in Roanoke, VA, she was the daughter of the late William Clarence Wilson and Marion Blanche Pring Wilson and the widow of the late Larkin King Burke Jr. and Robert Dewey Martin. She was a homemaker, a seamstress and a cook. Mrs. Martin had a great love for music and played the piano and organ. She was a member of Arrowood Baptist Church.She is survived by three sons, Ralph Dean(Butch) Wilson and wife, Linda C. of Boiling Springs, Johnny Wayne Burke and wife, Omelia of Chesnee, William Michael Burke and wife, Eunice of Spartanburg; two daughters, Nancy Clary and husband, Stephen R. of Gaffney, Sandra Harris and husband, Timothy W. of Chesnee; a brother, Richard Wilson of Chesnee; a sister, Joyce Donnahoo of Chesnee; eight grandchildren, Tammy Bridges, Jeff Harris, Jennifer Burke, Larry Burke, Ricky Wilson and Nichole Harris Hood, Jacquie Harris and Dusty Harris; nine great-grandchildren. Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Wilson.The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 AM on Monday, April 23, 2007 at Blakely Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 23, 2007 at Blakely Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Eddie Cooper and Rev. Fae Walker.
