Mary M. Williams, 70, died May 16, 2009, at Fort Pierce Health Care. She was born in Thomasville, Ga., and lived in Port St. Lucie since 1993, coming from Brooklyn, N.Y. Before retirement, she was a psychiatric technician with Kingsboro Psychiatric Clinic in Brooklyn for 24 years. She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her daughter, Michele Simms of Port St. Lucie; sisters, Rosetta McLawhorn and Essie Wright, both of Port St. Lucie; and a grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Williams; and sisters, Hattie Cole, Susan Lindsay, Lucille Williams and Lessie Doctor. SERVICES: Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1 p.m. May 21 at Aycock Funeral Home, Port St. Lucie. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Rolling Oaks Cemetery, Port St. Lucie.
