MARY M.JORDAN, 87 AUBURNDALE - Mrs. Mary M. Jordan, age 87 a resident of Auburndale, Florida went to be with the Lord Friday, March 27, 2009 at the Good Shepherd Hospice Residential Center in Auburndale due to Cardiac Disease. Mrs. Jordan was born June 17, 1921 in Lawrence County, Tennessee to John Alexander and Sarah (Beck) Faught. She was a longtime Auburndale resident; she was of the Christian Faith and was a retired Sectionizer in the Citrus Industry. She was preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband - Jimmy Johnson; 2nd husband - Lonnie Jordan; daughter - Helen Bolin; son - Roy E. "Tom" Johnson and grandson - Keith Johnson. Mary is survived by her loving family; 3 sons: James A. "Bill" (Willene) Johnson of Winter Haven, FL, Charles W. (Dot) Johnson of Auburndale, FL, Carl "Buddy" (Terri) Johnson of Auburndale, FL; 2 daughters: Carolyn Carmody of Auburndale, FL, Mary "Beth" (Randy) Brown of Auburndale, FL; 1 sister: Madgie Lucy of Steel, MO; 15 Grandchildren; 21 Great Grandchildren; 10 Great Great Grandchildren. In lieu of flowers the family request's those so desiring to make a tax deductible donation in Mrs. Jordan's name to Stambaugh Middle School - Reading Program (Atten: Debbie Raysin) 226 North Main Street, Auburndale, FL. 33823. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at the Kersey Funeral Home with interment to follow at the Auburndale Memorial Park.
