She was loved and admired by North Greenville University board members, the president, faculty, students and employees. She traveled the world with her husband assisting in presenting Building Strong Families for Lifeway and the POPS International Foundation. She truly loved God's first institution - the family. During her life's journey, she was encouraging others and practicing the Golden Rule. It made no difference whether she was in Edgefield County, at her mom's home, or whether she was in another state or a foreign country, she was living the principles of the Bible. The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to everyone who lifted Mary up in prayer, support and love during her long illness. Mary B. Mitchell left an admirable legacy of devotion to her faith, family and friends; and God looked down and said, "Well done my good and faithful servant." Sign the guestbook at AugustaChronicle.com
