Athens - Mary Lenore Snitkey Miller, 97, of Athens, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2011. A native of Humboldt, Iowa, Mrs. Miller was the daughter of the late Henry Earl Snitkey and Mary Nielsen Snitkey. She was married to Herbert E. Miller on July 1, 1938. The Millers moved to Athens in 1975, where Mr. Miller became the first Director of the J.M. Tull School of Accounting at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business. While in Athens, she was active in the American Association of University Women, P.E.O., the University of Georgia Women's Club, and Kiwanis.Survivors include her husband, Herbert E.
