TUSCALOOSA Mary Lee Miller, age 84, of Tuscaloosa, died March 5, 2009, at a nursing home. There will be no funeral or services. She was a lifelong resident of Neosho, Mo. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee B. and Mary L. Forte; her sister, Barbara Jean Prickett; and great-grandson, Jeremy Blanks.Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Miller Ruyle; two grandchildren, Kellie Nolder and Lisa Blanks (David); and two great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Ashley Nolder, all of Tuscaloosa. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of West Alabama. Memory Chapel Funeral Home, a Dignity Memorial Provider, in charge of all arrangements.
