CASEY, MARY LEE, 86, of Louisville, died Saturday, September 6, 2008 in Westchester, PA. She was the daughter of the late William H. Jones who was the first Black licensed electrical contractor in the state of Kentucky. She served in the foster grandparent program. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lorenzo Casey; and son, Morris Downs. Survivors include her children, Joan D. Cox, of Atlanta, GA, Lorenzo Casey, of Denver CO, Maria Gooden (Warren), of West Chester, PA, Carmelita Pierce (Anthony), of Cincinnati, OH; two sisters, Sally J. Kenzer and Ella J. Hunt (John); devoted friend, Florence Johnson; 14 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. Memorial service to follow at a later date.
