Mary Katherine Scribner 1934-2013 The death of Mary Katherine Scribner of Minto, NB occurred Sunday, September 29th, 2013 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Chipman, NB she was the daughter of the late Miller and Elsie (Edmondson) Craig. Survived by sons, Larry (Janice), Neil (Rose Marie) and Craig; daughters, Shirley Richardson (Richard) and Trudy Petitpas (Henry) all of Minto, NB; sister, Birdie Doucette of Chipman, NB; special friend, Shirley Dufour of Minto, NB; sisters in law, Helen Higgins and Inez Gamson; 12 grandchildren, Jason (Kelley), Sheldon (Karen), Stephanie (Darren) all of Noonan, Monica (Mitchell) of Saint John, Laura (Jordan) of Minto, Holly (Mike) of Alberta, Cortney (Ryan) of Minto, Melissa of Minto, Shelley (Adam) of Saint John, Cindy (Mark), Michelle (Teddy) and Giselle (Justin) all of Minto; 16 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mary was predeceased by her husband Manford W. Scribner (Papa) in 2005; a sister Elizabeth. Resting at Hogg Funeral Services (10 King Street, Minto, NB) with visiting on Wednesday evening from 7-9pm. Funeral Service will take place 11:00AM Thursday, October 3rd, 2013 from Minto Community Chapel. For those wish, donations made to the Canadian Diabetic Association would be appreciated by the family.
