MILLER, MARY JANET WILLETT, 77 Ocala - Mary Janet Willett Miller (Janet), 77, of Ocala, Florida passed into Glory on Sunday, February 8, 2015 surrounded in love at her home by her immediate family. Janet was born in Washington, DC on April 19, 1937 to her parents Kent and Jeanette Willett. Janet was a great wife, terrific sister, a super mother to her two sons and a fantastic and fun grandmother and aunt. Janet was a joy to be around and lit-up the room wherever she may be found. Her infectious laugh warmed the coldest heart. She was an avid cross-stitcher and loved spending time with her friends at this craft. She loved playing Scrabble either on-line with friends or the board version, especially with her grandson. She also graciously volunteered many hours of her time through many church activities. She is predeceased by her parents. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 59 years, Mervin; her sons Mark of Sebastian, FL, and Dr. Matthew (and wife Lyn) of Columbia, SC; her sister Donna (and husband Donald) Bragunier of Charlotte Hall, MD and brother James (and wife Darlene) Willett of White Plains, MD; grandsons Prof. Matthew of Easley, SC, and Zachary of Columbia, SC; and many many in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews. Services will be at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Springs Catholic Church on Saturday, February 14th with a fellowship meal immediately following. Private interment will be at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell FL next week. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Hospice of Marion County in memory of Mary Janet Miller.
