Miller, Mary Jane age 86, of Adrian, MI, passed away Thurs., August 30, 2007, at Grand Court Assisted Living.She was born May 7, 1921, in Lima, OH, to Jesse and Margaret (Aaronhalt) Sullivan. On Aug. 24, 1941, she married Paul Miller. He preceded her in death on Sept. 17, 1997.Mary was a very active and founding member of the Lutheran Church of the Palms in Florida, and also a founding member of the Antioch Lutheran Church Farmington Hills. She was an avid golfer. Mary is survived by 2 sons, Ronald Miller and his wife, Gayle, of Pembroke Pines, and Larry Miller and his wife, Abby, of Davisburg, MI; 1 daughter, Kathleen Schiermyer, of Morenci, MI; a sister-in-law, Irene Miller, of Lima, OH; 6 grandchildren, Stacy and Patrick Flanagan, Steven Miller, Jessica and Josh Smokovitiz, Adam and Leslie Schiermyer, Matthew and Melinda Schiermyer, and Jill Schiermyer; and 2 great-grandchildren, Luke and Haley Flanagan.In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, and her step-father, George Zuber. Graveside services for Mary will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2007, at the Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park in Clearwater. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Lenawee.
