Mary Ellen Jackson, 83, died Jan. 17, 2007, at William Childs Hospice House in Palm Bay. She was born in Ohio and lived in Micco since 1986, coming from Virginia. She was a member of the Women of the Moose. Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Walters of Melbourne; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Jackson and Omer C. Shipe. Memorial contributions may be made to William Childs Hospice House, 381 MedPlex Parkway, Palm Bay, FL 32907. SERVICES: A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Jan. 27 at Fountainhead Memorial Funeral Home, Palm Bay. Burial will be at a later date in Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Virginia.
