Mary Irene Gentry, 90, of 105 Norton St., died Sunday, Nov. 28, 2004, at her home.Miss Gentry was the daughter of the late Will and Josie Harris Gentry, and was a member of Jones Avenue Baptist Church.Surviving are two nieces, Patsy Heaton of Snellville, Ga., and Lucy Massingill of Easley; a nephew, George Sweezy of Piedmont; and a special friend and caregiver, Narvice Sweezy.In addition to her parents, Miss Gentry was predeceased by two sisters; and two brothers.Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2004, at Jones Avenue Baptist Church, with burial in Hillcrest Memorial Park.The family will receive friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m. tonight at Dillard Funeral Home.The family will be at the home.
