HICKS Mary Hicks (85) a life long resident of South Jacksonville, Fl. entered into rest on Sun. July 31, 2005. She is survived by her 4 brothers: Julius C. Brown, LLoyd Brown, Charles (Deloris )Brown, Harry Brown (Vera); 3 Sisters:(her twin) Martha Jamison, Nettie Mae Johnson & Dorothy Blair;(Eugene) Sister-in-law; Aretha Brown, 3 Godchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and sorrowing friends. Funeral service will be held 11am Sat. Aug. 6, at the Mt. Zion, AME Church 3811 St. Augustine Rd. Rev/ Alton Cole, Pastor, officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Fri. (today) from 5-8pm at the funeral home and 9am Sat. until the hour of service in church. The cortege will assemble 10am Sat. at 3811 Grant Rd. Interment in the St. Nicholas Cemetery.
