Mary Helene Brixey-Davis, age 89, of Springfield, Mo., went home to her Savior at 8 p.m. November 24, 2008. The daughter of Henry and Inez Burch. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Wilma Jeanne Young. Survivors include one son, Jim and wife Sharon Brixey of Buffalo, Mo.; four grandchildren, Scott Brixey, Lucinda Young, Mark Brixey and Lori Hodges; and seven great-grand-children; also a beloved sister, Henriettia Burch of Springfield, Mo. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and was a faithful servant of God. She was employed by Harry Cooper Supply and owner of Queen City Beauty School for many years. Graveside services will be held on November 28, at 10 a.m. in Eastlawn Cemetery.
