LEE, MARY GEORGIA, 97, of Shepherdsville, was born February 7, 1911, to the late William and Ann Elizabeth Grisby Boblitt in Springfield, KY, and returned to her Heavenly Father December 29, 2008. Mrs. Lee was an Employee for Audubon County Club, a member of the Zoneton Order of Eastern Star Chapter #576, life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars #5710 Ladies Auxiliary and a Methodist by faith. Among those who preceded her in death include her parents; husband, Jesse Lee; and daughter, Jeanette Cook. She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Jackie Ramsey Sr. (Shirley); sister, Edna Terrell; seven grandchildren, Debbie Tammenga, Billy Cook (Connie), Bert Cook, Jackie Ramsey Jr. (Lynn), Shirleen Crenshaw (Glen), Robin Noe (Shayne) and Renee Walls (Jesse); 14 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Friday at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks (Preston Hwy. at Brooks Road) with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Friends may pay their respects 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Schoppenhorst with Order of Eastern Star service at 7 p.m.
