EMBLETON, MARY EVELYN The death of Mary Evelyn (Gunter) Embleton of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Ronald Roland Embleton, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Thursday, August 6th, 2008. Born in Bear Island, NB, daughter of the late Leverett and Julia (Wetmore) Gunter. Mary is survived by two sons, Paul and his wife Jo Ann and Mark and his wife Kim all of Fredericton, NB; two daughters, Peggy McKinney and her husband Kevin and Marilyn Howatt and her husband Eric all of Fredericton, NB; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband Ronald; two sisters, Irene and Myrtle; and one brother Edison. Visitation will be held at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home on Friday, August 8th, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Brunswick Street Baptist Church on Saturday, August 9th, 2008 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ralph Irving officiating. Interment will take place in the Bear Island Cemetery.
