GREER, MARY ELLEN, 80, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2012 at Glen Ridge Health Campus. She was a member of St. Athanasius Catholic Church and the Blue Bell Telephone Pioneer Campers. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, James B. Greer; parents, William and Lillian Lamont; brothers, William Lamont Jr. and Thomas Lamont. Survivors include her children, Jim Greer (Ana), Kathy Greer, and Carol Goodwin (Brenden); brother, Charles Lamont (Nan); sisters, Shirley Miller (Robert) and Barbara Bailey (Ken); grandchildren, Jimmy Greer and Caitlin Goodwin. Her funeral Mass will be 1 p.m. Thursday at St. Athanasius Catholic Church, 5915 Outer Loop. Burial Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. on Wednesday at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Memorial contributions can be made to Mass of the Air.
