-> Glennville - Mary E. Sikes Rogers, 62, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2004 at Candler Hospital in Savannah. The Evans County native had lived in Glennville most of her life. She was a 1960 graduate of Claxton High School and retired from Civil Service at Ft. Stewart and a member of Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church. She is survived by; husband, Derrell Rogers of Glennville; sons, Tommy and Dell Rogers both of Glennville, Jeff Rogers of Atlanta; sister, Frankette Bain of Yulee, Florida ; brothers, Charles Sikes of Blackshear, Tommy Sikes of Hortense, Donald Sikes of Fitzgerald; four grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 17, 2004 at Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
