1929-2014 DETROIT - Mary E. Sanborn, 84, died October 13, 2014 at a Pittsfield hospital. She was born October 23, 1929, in Newport, a daughter of Robert and Edna (McKenney) Williams. She will be remembered for her many hours of volunteer work at the Pittsfield Public Library. She is survived by a son, Donald Bagley, of Detroit; a brother, Robert Williams, of Hebron, Md.; several nieces and nephews. Graveside committal services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 18, at the Detroit Village Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Friends of the Pittsfield Public Library, 110 Library Street, Pittsfield, ME 04967. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
