ROGERS, MARY ELIZABETH, 93 Golden Hills, Ocala, Fl., Mary E. "Betty" Rogers 93 of Ocala passed away Sun, April 11, 2010. She was born in Darien Conn but lived most of her life in Miami and Ocala. She was in the Grocery Store Business and was a wonderful homemaker most of her life. Her hobbies were cooking, baking, and gardening. She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years George Rogers, her parents, her sister and brother, her son David and her daughter Garie. She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law Janet and Jim Hays of Homestead, FL, son and daughter-in-law Peter and Sherrie Rogers of Ocala, Fl., grandsons- Brandon, Jim, Jonathan, and David Jr., and 4 great grand children. There will be a gathering of family and friends at Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens- 5050 SW 20th St. on Friday, April 16, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM with the funeral service starting at 11:00 AM celebrating Betty's life.
