Mary E. McPhee, of Quincy, formerly of Dorchester , died March 12, 2010. She was 86. She was the beloved sister of the late Daniel J., James F. Jr. and Michael D. McPhee; loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Mary was born in Boston and lived in Dorchester until moving to Quincy in 1986. She was a secretary for the New England Telephone Company for 38 years, retiring in 1983. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America, a volunteer at St. Margaret's Hospital in Dorchester and an avid traveler. She will be sadly missed by her friends and family. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours, Tuesday, 4 - 8 p.m., in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., Quincy. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 a.m., Wednesday, prior to the funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church at 10 a.m. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
