Mary Davis Hammond Mary Davis, age 83, formerly of Hammond, passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2004. She is survived by dear friends, Jean Ann (Basil) Galaviz and their children of Matteson, IL; brother-in-law, Dr. Gene (Vivian) Davis of Oregon; and many other friends. She was preceded in death by husband, Vernon C. Davis. Funeral services and visitation Monday, November 22, 2004 at the Solan-Pruzin Funeral Home, 7109 Calumet AVe., Hammond. Friends may visit with the family on Monday from 10:00 A.M. till time of service at 11:30 A.M. Rev. William O'Toole officiating. At rest, Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL. Mary was a lifelong Hammond resident; and attended St. Casimir and St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was also a member of AA.
