COX, MARY, "PAT," 60, of Louisville, died Monday, January 23, 2006, at Jewish Hospital. She was a native of Breckenridge County, KY, the former Mary Mattingly and a Catholic by faith. She is survived by her husband, James E. Cox; three children, Angie, Kimberly and Kevin Cox; two sisters, Charlotte Tyler and Merlene Glenn; and six grandchildren. Her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Schoppenhorst & Underwood Funeral Home, 1832 W. Market St., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens-West. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
