BARDSTOWN JOHNSON, MARY BRILLA, 93, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at Jefferson Manor Nursing Home in Louisville. She was the former Brilla Bickett, a native of Marion County, KY, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a homemaker. She was the beloved mother of Lois Poirier (Tom), sister of Isabell Miles and mother-in-law of Linda Johnson. She is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, May 6, 2005, at the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral, with Father Toan Do officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends and family may kindly visit from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, with a prayer service at 6 p.m., at Greenwell-Houghlin Northside Funeral Home. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Mass of the Air.
