Mary Elizabeth (Fisher) Beal 1917 - 2008 Victor - Mary Elizabeth (Fisher) Beal passed away Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2008, at the age of 91. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willis P. Beal Jr.; parents, Almon and Bessie Fisher; four brothers, Sheldon, Francis, Preston and Almon Fisher; and two sisters, Ella Fisher Harmor and Helen Fisher Busch. Mary is survived by two sons, Willis (Candy) Pratt Beal III of Raleigh, N.C. and Robert F. (Lorrie) Beal of Rochester; grandchildren, Seth Daniel Beal of Nashville, Tenn., Elizabeth Rebecca (Ryan Fulcher) Beal of Raleigh, Amy Elizabeth (Brett Rogers) Beal of Raleigh, Justin Beal and Noah (Tracy) Beal; and great-grandchildren, Cole Avery Rogers, Sienna Mary, Cameron Noah and Aiden Henry Beal. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their children, all of whom reunite twice a year at the Fisher homestead in Fishers. Mary was born Jan. 27, 1917 at her family homestead in Fishers. She stayed active and participated in family and friends' activities until very recently. Mary was a cherished family member and friend and will be missed by all who knew her. Calling hours will be held Friday, December 5, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Jarmusz Cotton Funeral Home, 26 Maple Ave., Victor. Family and friends are invited to attend Mary's memorial service Saturday, December 6, at 1 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 70 E. Main St., Victor. Interment will be private.
