Mary Anne (Bollweg) Davis, aged 75, of Homosassa, Florida, died on August 12, 2009. Mary died in Belgrade, Montana, after a long and wonderful life.Mary was born in Wheaton, Illinois, and was the daughter of Anna Josephine (Shoemann) Bollweg and Edward Nicholas Bollweg. She is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Chester Davis Jr, who were joined in marriage on November 13, 1976, and her sister, Margaret Ellen (Bollweg) Futch. She is survived by her four children: Howard Edward (Cindy) Moline formerly of Batavia, Illinois, Lu Anne (David) (Moline) Odt of Bozeman, Montana, Michael Allen (Dianne) Moline formerly of Batavia, Anne Marie (Ron) (Moline) Nuckles of Batavia, Illinois; six grandchildren; and her brother, Raymond Edward, Bollweg of Canton, Minnesota.Mary was born and raised in Wheaton, Illinois. She retired as the vice president of personnel of Community Hospital in Geneva, Illinois. After retirement in 1986, Mary and Larry moved to Homosassa, Florida, where they enjoyed golfing and boating from their residence on the Homosassa River. They spent their summers on the Mississippi River relaxing and boating with family and friends.Mary will always be remembered for her kind heart and incredible energy. Even to the end, her spirits were high and she brought happiness to all around her. She will be missed by those who knew her.
