Born June 11, 1972 in Wilmington, Del., she had been a resident of Okeechobee for the last three years and was a member of the More 2 Life Church. She enjoyed and collected butterflies. She was preceded in death by her father, Richard Vance. She is survived by her mother, Judith Brantmyer of Tampa; brother, Rob Goelz of Auburndale; sisters, Tammy Gonzalez of Palm Harbor, and Sunday Gilliam of Ocala; and best friends, Greg and Peggy.
