MARY ALICEWILLIAMS, 85 LAKELAND - Mary Alice Williams, age 85, passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Good Shepherd Hospice, Forsyth, Auburndale, FL, due to heart failure. Born to Esther and Richard Farr on July 24, 1926, she was a lifelong resident of Lakeland. Mary Alice married Frank M. Williams, also a lifelong resident of Lakeland, on May 19, 1945, in Arlington, VA. Mary is survived by husband Frank M. Williams of 67 years; daughter Linda; son-in-law Darryl of Coral Springs, FL, son Richard "Pete" Williams of Lakeland, FL; granddaughter Mykal (Steven) Strout of Burlington, NC; grandson Darrin Head of Yulee, FL; great grandchildren Andrew and Emillie Strout, Burlington, NC; nephew Wallace Otting, Pinellas Park, FL, and several cousins, nieces and nephews. A visitation will be on June 3 from 3-5pm at Central Florida Casket Store and Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be on June 4 at 11am at Oak Hill Burial.
